Remember those feelings of being a kid and spending the day at the beach making a sandcastle wonderscape with your friends? Nobody knew exactly what the end result would be, but you trusted the process, had a ton of laughs and in the end you’d end up with a fortress that would have been impossible without the help of your buddies.

Those last minute zoom planning sessions mattered, but still we never over-defined what it was we were going after. Instead, we let the project lead us, trusting our instincts, trusting the process.
